Induction Ceremony & Awards Dinner
Athletes with Disabilities Network hosted the 15th Annual Athletes with Disabilities Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Awards Dinner presented by ResMed on October 24 at Sound Board at the MotorCity Casino in Detroit, Michigan. Radio personality “Big Al” Muskavito was on-hand as the event’s emcee and Detroit Lions Wide Receiver Ryan Broyles presented the awards to each of the honorees.
Adaptive Climbing Clinics
Joshua Tree Adaptive Climbing Clinic

April 5, 2014 - 9 am - 5 pm
This full-day adaptive rock climbing clinic will introduce persons with disabilities to outdoor climbing through top-rope climbing style. This clinic is focused on athletes with a leg or arm amputation, however anyone living with limb loss or limb difference is welcome to attend. Clinics will consist of instruction for beginner to intermediate climbers.
Two AMGA certified guides, as well as elite rock climbing athlete and above knee amputee Ronnie Dickson will be on-hand providing instruction. All equipment and gear will be provided.
